Traci is a proud native of Cokeville, Wyoming. Upon marrying David Parker in 2008 she and her two children moved to Rexburg to build a new life. She earned her associate’s degree while playing Jr. College volleyball. Traci loves helping people and finds joy in managing the Parker Insurance team along with working as a licensed insurance agent specializing in the small group market. She and her late husband, David, are the parents to five children and two grandchildren.

Brian and his beautiful wife, Rebecca, have 3 children. They are enjoying being part of the wonderful community of Rexburg. In his free time, Brian can usually be found on a horse practicing for or competing in a team roping competition.

Brian has traded in his Wyoming cowboy hat and now works side by side with his sister, Traci Parker, as an insurance agent. Brian has worked hard to gain a sound understanding of health insurance, including the completion of the rigorous process to become a Social Security Analyst. He enjoys helping people and is passionate about understanding Medicare. He loves learning and strives to be the best at anything he does. Brian specializes in Individual, Medicare and Group Health Insurance.

Brett is married to the sweetest woman in the world, Debra. He believes family values are important and enjoys making their home a better place alongside Debra. His hobbies include gardening, horses and grandchildren—not necessarily in that order.

Brett is in his 20th year in the health insurance business. He was born and raised in Eastern Idaho and considers every client his friend. He enjoys being involved and aware of any and all changes in the Health Care Marketplace. Brett specializes in Individual, Medicare and Group Health Insurance.

Martin Martinez moved from Casper, Wyoming with his loving wife, Katie, and their 6 beautiful kids. They’ve grown to love Idaho and of course, Rexburg. Martin loves spending time with his family, various genres of music, watching sports, reciting movie quotes and scouting out new restaurants with his wife.

Martin is passionate about taking care of his clients and is very detail oriented. He is a seasoned agent at Parker Insurance. He enjoys meeting clients and helping them with their insurance needs. Martin specializes in Individual, Medicare and Group Health Insurance.

Braxton Delgado grew up in Cokeville, Wyoming where he developed his love for sports. He is a huge Oregon Ducks & Pittsburgh Steelers fan! He loves cars, music, golf, snowmobiling, writing and journalism. He is “favorite uncle” to his niece and nephew.

Braxton was privileged to have spent time working with his step-father, David Parker, who taught him a lot about the health insurance world, which influenced Braxton to become an agent so he could continue to help clients in the same way that David did. Braxton enjoys learning about his clients and their various experiences. Braxton specializes in Individual Health and Life Insurance.

Kevin Nate, along with his wonderful wife, Jaycie, and their 4 kids, recently moved from the sunny state of Texas to join us at Parker Insurance. Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team. He is a fast learner and enjoys helping others—be it insurance or yard work or tinkering with mechanical issues. He really can do anything! He specializes in Medicare, Individual and Life Insurance.

Cathy and her husband, Frank, have been married since 1980 and together have 6 children and are proud grandparents to 19 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. When she’s not working, she can be found crafting or participating in a little retail therapy.

Cathy Muñoz moved to Rexburg in December of 2014. She is a tremendous asset to Parker Insurance and brings with her 30+ years of experience. She began working in the insurance business with Allstate and has now been with Parker Insurance for 10 years. Cathy loves helping our clients and greets each client with her contagious smile. She works very hard to meet our clients’ customer service needs.

Melinda Cody moved from San Diego to Idaho in 2017 with her husband, Dennis. Together they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Melinda has a background in medical records and is looking forward to learning more about the insurance side of things.
