My family moved to Idaho from Canada in 2017. I was overwhelmed with the task of figuring out what to do for health insurance in the U.S. I asked people that I knew for advice in this whole new world of health insurance and they didn’t seem to be of any help. After searching online we decided on a health share plan that was so expensive and covered very little but we needed something in case of a huge emergency. One day my son’s friend from Brazil was over and we got on the topic of healthcare. She told me that Parker Insurance had helped her out. I made an appointment with Martin Martinez who took great care of us. He helped us find a plan that works for us and we are no longer paying the enormous monthly bills. A couple of years ago, I was looking for insurance and a friend recommended Parker Insurance. My husband and I met with Martin and discussed my insurance needs. We had just missed the open enrolment deadline but he managed to find a way to still get me enrolled. Martin is friendly, professional, and is great at communicating with me. A few years ago, my mom had an incident that landed her in the emergency room with no health insurance. So I made an appointment for my parents to meet with David. He took the time to help get a good, reasonably priced policy set up for my mom but to also go over my dad’s existing Medicare stuff (that he had gotten through a different insurance agency). Since that time, the staff at Parker Insurance has helped transition my mom over to Medicare and review the options for both of my parents each year to make sure they have the coverage they need. They are quick to help when there is a question or issue. I am so grateful to Parker Insurance and their entire staff for the knowledge, professionalism, and care they have shown my parents and the piece of mind it gives me to know they can help should a need arise.
